Tommy Hilfiger set sail with his fall-winter 2016 collection presented during New York Fashion Week. The Park Avenue Armory was made over into the T.H. Atlantic with a lineup of early twentieth century inspired wares. A cast featuring top models including Hailey Baldwin, Sara Sampaio and new global brand ambassador Gigi Hadid, walked the runway in lightweight dresses, naval inspired coats and pajama dressing. The Tommy Hilfiger woman channeled her inner princess wearing baby doll dresses and glittering tiaras. Injections of 2016 can be seen with the addition of leather jackets, embellished bombers and metallic ankle boots.
The 1960s trend continues to shine in the February 2016 cover story from Harper’s Bazaar Serbia. Model Zhenya Katava looks retro chic wearing an embroidered sweater and pencil skirt from Dolce & Gabbana on the cover. Inside the magazine, the brunette poses for Yossi Michaeli in mod inspired looks styled by Anna Katsanis. Zhenya can be seen wearing the designs of Tommy Hilfiger, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo and other brands in the glossy feature. / Makeup by Ivona Milosevic, Hair by Elsa Canedo, Casting by Megan McCluskie Continue reading “Zhenya Katava Takes on 60s Style in BAZAAR Serbia”

Just when we thought fashion town was looking oh-so-quiet in the lead-up to Christmas, along comes the news that Gigi Hadid—2015’s main girl—is set to launch a collection for autumn next year with the American powerhouse Tommy Hilfiger.
The label has been a supporter of Gigi (and sister Bella) for some time, casting them both for the reggae runway of S/S 16, but this takes their working relationship to an entirely new level, naming her a ‘global ambassador’. It will be the first fashion collaboration Gigi, 20, has entered into, and knowing the impact that her clothing choices make—especially her downtime casual get-ups—this is bound to mean big business.
